Project Summaries

Construction Phasing drawings for the Esplanade Expansion at United Airlines
We are supplying phasing drawings for the Esplanade Expansion at the Port of Seattle. These consisted of taking all of the construction documents and color - coding each phase for the life of the construction of this expansion. We then created poster boards for the construction meeting for coordination of all trades. We are also documenting the as-Builts status on this project.

Construction Document & As built drawings for commercial HVAC
We provide Anderson Windows shop drawings for commercial structures. This includes taking the specifications from the supplier and the construction documents and creating the windows detailing for the supplier to construct each windows to the detailed shop drawing that we created.

As built and construction drawings for Costco buildings
Architectural Drafting revisions and corrections. All of the modifications were completed for all floor plans, site plan layouts, roof plans, elevations, sections and details. We completed the coordination from master drawings into each of the plan sets. We completed over 35 of these types of projects. We also provide planning drafting services for initial site acquisition to schematic design through the construction phases and as-builts.

As-built drawings for the Toll Plaza Facility
We surveyed the new toll booth plaza at Sea-Tac airport for the Port of Seattle & the contractor to create 'as-built' drawings. Our drafters worked directly with the electrician to create existing set of red-line drawings through the entire site, surveying each room in the buildings to verify that the circuits were connected as shown on the documents. We traced the conduit from the panels to the home-runs and identified all of the junction boxes in between. After all of the installation was verified and marked on the hard-copy set of plans we then incorporated all of these updates into the AutoCAD R14 electronic files and submitted to the Port as final As-built documents.

Drafting Services for Electrical & Communications Construction Documents
We provided drafting services that included the layout all of the Electrical & Communications systems for the patient rooms and nurses stations at Good Samaritan Hospital. The project consisted on placing all junction boxes, dome lights, duty stations, presence indicators, and all wiring and cable. We verified the locations of the existing electrical layout to ensure that the new layout would not interfere. This project also included the creation of typical section views of rooms and halls and labeling of all wires and cables.

Conversion Drafting services for existing hard copy drawing into CAD
We provide drafting services that include the conversion of existing hard copy drawings into AutoCAD for the maintenance of the facility. These drawings include electrical schematics and machine drawings for both facilities and existing equipment.

We provide CAD drafting services for multiple projects in support of the Engineers design and construction document schedules. These projects have included lighting, power distributions layouts, plans and detailing for the construction document stages of the projects.

CAD Drafting and Detailing for Stafford Creek Correctional Facility
The Stafford Creek Correction Center was adding addition housing and laundry to their facility, and it was our job to draft these expansions. This consisted of drawing the complete addition in plan view laid over a grid. Referencing the grid we produced the section views and details for all exterior and interior walls that were pre-fabricated tilt up concrete panel construction. We provided over 10,000 panel details fully dimensioned and laid out for either prefabrication off site of fabrication on the building site.

Northwest Hydraulic Consultants
For the Guadeloupe Creek Restoration we used AutoCAD 2000 as well as AutoCAD Land Development. We first took the as-built drawings into Land Development and added all purposed topography, levees, channels, perk ponds, storm drains, and mixing chambers. When finished in 3-D with Land Development we made the revisions in 2-D with AutoCAD 2000.

Plotting Services for Color mapping of the City's Distribution Facilities

Drafting of trails and grading works for the Centralia Trails
We provided drafting service to revise and update the Centralia Trails. We also revised Mitigation and grading work, Planting area boarders and created hatch boundaries for definition of the boarders. We updated all of the title block data to reflect the trailheads and corrected all of the match line information to span the drawing sheet sets correctly.

Detailing and Drafting Services for pump station construction
For Pivetta Brothers we provided drafting detailing services for the Lindental Pumping Station for the City of Kent. This project consisted of taking the city's plan view of a manhole, drafting it into AutoCAD. We then produced all section views, and detailed the elevations of each of the piping runs, which was required by the City of Kent.
